Bonitas refuse to give me feedback on query

I was send the following info on my query regarding a hip replacement. \Medscheme health risk solution Hospital management must be contacted regards to pre-authorisation."But yesterday when I did phone Bonitas regarding a Orthopaedic surgeons that can do hip replacement I was told to phone Tel *** and then ICPS must arrange the complete pre-authorisation. When phoning the number it say that this number this not exist. I did phone Bonitas again about this number and then 4 hours later they phone me back with a e-mail to contact them. (admin@icpsevices). I was also told that if I do not use them then I will pay a penalty of R1500.<br> <br> 1)NOW"
