Bonitas Refund due not yet paid

I resigned from work at the end of June, I'm still waiting for my refund of 17K due to me from Bonitas. I've submitted on 2 occasions that they've requested my refund forms, bank statement and ID copy. Still no refund paid and my queries get no answer.
