Bonitas Refund

Bontas Medical Fund Scheme is very bad when it comes to refunds. I got into a situation where the Med scheme was deducting money from my employer and my bank account. I lodged a query for refund for 2 months now I still have not received my refund and it was approved. I call them evert week and nothing is happening they are taking me from pillar to post and i still have not received my refund. I don't recommend anyone to use the med scheme
