Bonitas really pushing me to the edge
Again Bonitas decides to deliberately miunderstand my complaint. The response they gave me about a dispute I raised just takes me back to basics. After explaining that the case is with their case managers, they just went basic on the matter instead of following up on my case. Pathetic!
