Bonitas put me in debt!!!!

I have never been so stressed by a medical AID that short pays everything big but pay the small amounts in full, when I check my statement for the month after being admitted for Pulmonary Embolism,such a stressful and painful diagnosis, my medical AID that is supposed to in my corner,is the one stressing me more by not paying over 200k. I tried contacting you via WhatsApp and your agent sent it for B review but still no response, the doctors are also trying on their side but we don't get help. I was with Momentum I have never seen such, I regret switching to Bonitas!
