Bonitas put lifes at risk
<p>Bonitas has suspended our medical aid without cause. We have paid our medical aid every month on time but they keep suspending us. I am on 24 hour oxygen and the company who supply the oxygen wants to pick up the oxygen machine. I have many illnesses which include heart failure, cardiomyopathy, COPD, diabetes, epilepsy, lung disease. I cant receive my medication, my chronic medication as well as my insulin. Bonitas had led us down completely. We sent the proof of payments to them, they sent us referance nrs and then they tell us they cant find the referance nrs on their system. Bonitas is not medical aid they should rather be funeral home.</p>

Bonitas has put my life in grave danger and it's unexceptable, i have already spoken to my attorney to take this matter further. They do is every month. I'm not going to let this happen again. Bonitas promises but never delivers.
