My daughter and grandchild are a member on Bonnita's since 1 August 2021. My grandchild visited an ear nose and throat specialist, and my grandchild has to go into hospital at Highveld Medi-Clinic, not knowing that Bonnita's don't pay when admitted at Highveld Medi - Clinic. When we joined bonitas. We made sure that Highveld medi - clinic is on the list, but now with no notice, Highveld Medi-Clinic is no longer on the list. Highveld Medi-Clinic is the only hospital in our area and the only hospital that the specialist is using. The other nearest hospital is +_ 150 km away. Bonnita's is a hopeless medical aid and i will advise people to think twice before joining. People in Secunda,Trichart,Kinross,Evander,Bethal that are part of Bonitas ,you are not allowed to use Highveld Medi-Clinic Where to go now. In an Emergency the hospital admits you, but later you will get an account from the hospital, Bonitas don't pay. Call the customers service and you won't believe how rude they are.

STAY AWAY FROM BONITAS, I THINK YOU ARE BETTER OFF NOT HAVING A MEDICAL AID THAN BEING A MEMBER AT BONITAS PRIMARY SELECT.
