Bonitas Primary - Network doctors

I have been on Bonitas Primary for the past 3 years, going in for year 4 now. Initialy I chose this medical aid as I didn't have to worry about which doctors or hospitals are covered etc, I could go and see any doctor. Now Bonitas has decided that they have network doctors and ofcause NON of my doctors are on Bonitas network. I asked the call centre how I can go about getting my doctors on the Bonitas network. I was told that they need to request a form and apply themselves. I have mentioned this to my doctors, however, I understand that they don't have the time to go and download a form and apply to be a doctor on Bonitas network and together with that they don't know what the terms and conditions are. Surely you have a REP to go out and see doctors and explain the terms and conditions and get them onto the network?? I can literally visit my GP twice a year and thereafter I need to pay him myself, as he is not on your network. Can someone please take the innitiative and make an appointment with these doctors and get them on your network. Its iether you get them on your network or I change medical aid. Both my sister and father are on the exact same plan and are struggling with the exact same thing. We all see the same doctors... Contact me on ********** for further information.
