Bonitas practices far from honest

Bonitas rate itself as the best medical aid in SA. That is certainly not my experience. I have just spent 12 days in hospital with pneumonia. I was admitted into an emergency where a specialist was assigned to me. When submitting accounts Bonitas paid less than half of the doctor's bill. When querying this Bonitas informed me that it automatically regarded me as a non-emergency patient with non-emergency rates for the doctor. They only review once I query. They said they do this for all their clients i.e.they only pay the correct amount if the account is queried. This sounds a lot like *******ion to me.
