Bonitas PPN useless!!
PPN the service provider to Bonitas for the processing of optical claims. Completely *********** !! Massive delays in processing !! AND they do not ever fully answer queries. The most recent a dispute on the pay-out for a claim. I received a response to rate their reply without ever getting a reply
