Bonitas poor service.

As s member off Bonitas we can not get presciption medicine due to their "offline" system the past week unless you pay cash at Clicks which is Bonitas approved Pharmacy with no alternative options. Need urgent medicine for my bronchitis and as a pensioner we do not have rhe cash to pay for this list of medicine prescribed by our doktor. All forms of contact with Bomitas for help is via text and the system report "try again later" only. It's a shame as we are 10 patients in waiting, thus Clicks.
