Bonitas poor service does not even deserve to be called "service"

The only reason why it's one star is because there is simply no rating below.

I had claims rejected, this despite having available savings. I have enquired for almost a month and no one can give me a conclusive response.

I have more 3 different reference number, for the same enquiry and I am yet to get feedback.

Bonitas Medical scheme simply has no sense of service, having no regard and sensitivity to the potential risks that are posed by non service.
