BONITAS POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I saw a doctor in December. There was a claim put in for a sleep apnia machine in December. Ecomed is the supplier. I was told that bonitas approved the claim in Jan. I then kept calling ecomed and they said it hasnt. I called bonitas on numerous occassions. They say that Ecomed hasnt given them the code. Ecomed has emailed me proof they have given bonitas the code. This is unacceptable as I pay for my medical aid monthly and do not accept such shabby service. My son is battling and cannot even attend school like a normal child does. I am absolutley frustrated and expect answers.
