Bonitas poor service

Bonitas is the absolute ghetto. Sent them a claim that I paid because that doctor didn't accept my option and they never got back to me. I called their call centre, sent emails, chatted with the Bot on WhatsApp and nothing happened. Definitely changing them come November. Absolutely don't recommend them.
