Bonitas Poor customer service
I have been trying to get help from Bonitas regarding the hospital authorisation for my son. I have written emails and made phone calls inquiring about this issue. To date, I have not received any assistance from Bonitas. Instead, they keep sending me different query numbers, which gives me false hope that someone is addressing my concerns.
