It is hard breaking that Bonitas medical aid is unreachable for assistance via phone not to mention their unuser-friendly whutz-app or online app. Where must one go to recieve any assistance from Bonitas.with serious enquiries? Bonitas is taking unauthorized bank deductions from pensioners and is nowhere to be found. This is completely unproffesional and shocking to say the least
