Seemingly the only way to get response from Bonita's is by using this platform, i tried to contact Bonita's using the new WhatsApp number *** and its not user friendly, been waiting for a team member to contact me directly but no luck. I then tried using the direct line *** but no one is picking. Last time i got a call from Bonita's it was when i reported them here in this platform, clearly we are facing a big problem,
