Bonitas please pay my money

I terminated my membership with Bonitas medical aid in February this year because I got a job in Qatar. I no longer need the medical aid as I got a new medical aid that has no savings for Bonitas to transfer my savings to. I was in the BonSav option where I have 49k in savings. I submitted all relevant documents they needed to claim my savings from them but up to date they are holding my money hostage. It’s been 6months now and their 4 months waiting period has long passed. I don’t know why it is taking them so long to pay me my money.
