BONITAS - PHARMACY SERVICE PROVIDER
Good Day.....Not sure how a large medical aid scheme such as this can align themselves with a pharmacy that they insist one get chronic medication from, that has such bad service. Almost 2/3 months in row I had to continuously fight them wrt my medication / tracking there-off etc...just so shocking. Worse is that one gets penalized if you want to get medication from another pharmacy like Clicks / Dischem etc... Bonitas please catch a wake up, your service partner is damaging your reputation, worse potentially putting your client's health at risk....they JUST DONT CARE!!
