BONITAS_ PHARMACY DIRECT. WORST SERVIVE EVER!!

PHARMACY DIRECT! Useless! Unacceptable service. I have to order from Pharmacy direct because it is Bonitas medical aid service provider, however, it is the worse service ever. I have been battling for 3 weeks to communicate with them. Emails don't get answered - phone calls get dropped - WhatsApp's are ignored, they promise to phone back but it doesn't happen or when it does it is 3 days later already. They didn't deliver my daughters the correct medication for her epilepsy and promised to deliver it the next day... it is 5 days later again and they still, haven't delivered!!!!! . Also, it is not even showing on their system anymore. This is so frustrating..... I keep having to waste my time on calling them back day after day and nothing changes. They keep sending the wrong meds every month there is some kind of issue. I keep getting told that the pharmacist will contact me, but nothing happens! We had a access amount of R2500 ... but they didn't even call to confirm. Then they sent meds we didn't need and left the ones we did. It is a constant battle every month phoning, emailing and messaging them. All they say is they will take it up with the relevant Pharmacist, but never do.
