Bonitas / Pharmacy Direct

My mother is on Bonitas medical aid. Her chronic medication is being delivered via Pharmacy Direct as prescribed by Bonitas. It has now been 8 days overdue and she still has not received life saving chronic medication. Numerous calls have been made to Pharmacy Direct who said it has been dispatched on the 1st of the month and she should have received it. Telling them it has not been delivered makes no difference. Bonitas I think you should partner up with another company because they are busy dragging you down with them.
