Bonitas **** people with waiting Period
I recently joined Bonitas and they imposed a 3 month waiting period even though i had medical aid with Discovery (classic Priority) which ended at the end of August and I called Bonitas in September, they took long to register me and ended imposing a 3 months waiting period.
When I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager i am told that they will call me and they never do.
