Bonitas - Pathetic WhatsApp customer service
Please!!!! Please get a wake up - Your service is nothing but pathetic! I have been holding on in a WhatsApp chat since 14h04 when I was informed I was # 7 in que to speak to an agent - 15h58 and still no response!!
Your agents are shocking - how long must it take for you to sort out your mess up in claims department as well as get a service agent to do their job. this is annoying and exhausting - your customer service is pathetic; no wonder clients are leaving you and going to Discovery where service is 300% better.
