Bonitas Owing us Over One Hundred & Twenty Thousand but nothing????

<p>Bonitas has been happy to ***** from us and not pay our medical bills and also not give us funds for medical expenses yet when ever we try do enquiry they tell us system is down they cannot assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unnaceptable after I Raymond Zane Khan dependant 01 was authorized for back procedure at Melomed Hospital suddenly all funds are depleted from Raymond Zane Khan 01, Main Member Deirdre Dee Khan 00 and Child Seth Aiden Khan 02, no over the counter medication, no doctors visits and no prescription medication can be given due to no funds and now when family is sick we cant be helped because not only is the medical aid ******* taking money monthly but they refuse to give funds allocated to dependents and how can a hospital procedure affect all members day to day benefits????</p> <p> </p> <p>Main member Deidre Dee Khan dependant 00 gets pre-authorization from Bonitas for Birth at Kingsbury hospital Gynacologist Groenewaldt yet Bonitas never covered anything! We had to Pay R5500 of which we sent to claim back and no response, bonitas was invoiced by hospital for a furthermore R4321.52 which also Bonitas is not paying so Bonitas better pay our R5500 immediately back and pay the Hspitals R4321.52 immediately if not done withing 48hours legal action will be pursued. We were NOT liable for the R5500 as Bonitas was supposed to cover and not have any co-payments so PAY BACK WHAT THEY OWE!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Dr Puteman the Peadetrician we had to Pay R720 and sent that for claim and yet no feedback or payments also what the hell???</p> <p> </p> <p>Then our daughter is Born Amaya Ava Khan dependant 03 on the medical aid and her funds are depleted from the first day with not ever having funds what rubish is that, now the hospital bill for Amaya Ava Khan is R111730.00 and their is NO way we will be paying this as it is Bonitas responsibility.</p> <p> </p> <p>We also will be leaving this ******** medical aid due to this unnaceptable experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>If we are not refunded our R5860 immediately within next 48 hours and if the hospital fees of R116051.00 is not paid withing 48 hours we will proceed with legal action.</p>
