Bonitas - Outstanding Bill
I've had grief upon grief by this Medical Aid Fund . I 've lost two of the closest members in my family (mom in Jan and my husband in March 2021 ) , one due to covid 19 and were exposed as we were looking after my mom with my siblings . When I got sick I went to see a doctor because I was experiencing pain on my chest . The doctor discovered something and referred me to a cardiologist with a referral letter . The Medical aid fund representatives refuse to pay the bill for the cardiologists . Seemingly the do not have their clients best interest but are just happy to receive premiums every month. there is absolute no client care whatsoever ! I have a bill of 3400 that is outstanding . After all the costs of burial , i still have a medical aid bill that has to be paid by me ...I dont know how ?
