Bonitas Option Change
I requested an option change May 2019 and it was only done close to end of June 2019. Due to the fact that I could no longer afford the high monthly contribution could not pay the June contribution. I had no cover for the month of June. 2019. I have requested that the new plan's inception date be the 1st July 2019 as I do not want to be in arrears. To date I have not I had no positive feedback.
