Bonitas now the most *********** medical aid in South Africa

On 03 August, Old Mutual caused me to make an Double payment to Bonitas Medical aid, Old Mutual’s system is forever having issues and on the App it showed the payment was not made. Eventhough it was their system, they were totally *********** and Condescending, and told me to ask Bonitas Medical Fund for a Refund. Today is the 18th of the month and im still battling to get a refund, every day the same request for the same documents. I knew from the start that it was going to be a disaster, with the severe chaos and deterioration that is now Bonitas. I don't know who's more pathetic- Old Mutual or Bonitas
