Bonitas not willing to pay what they owe!

<p>I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received from my medical aid so far. I have never had any major health issues and I have never really benefited from my medical aid. Recently I had a problem with my tooth and was told that I would need a crown put in. I assumed it would be similar to a hospital, where the doctor's office would do pre authorisation before the procedure, but I was mistaken. I received a bill for a very large amount end of December last year. I contacted Bonitas and was told to send in an xray and they would do a late authorisation. I sent the xray immediately. In January I received yet another email stating I need to pay my bill. This has been going on for 3 months now. The dentist wants his money and is putting pressure on me to pay the bill. I have been back at the dentist's office 5 times for he same issue and whenever I speak to a Bonitas representitive, they have a different story and the issue stays unresolved. I am fed up witth Bonitas and their slacking attitude. I need this settled!!</p>
