Bonitas not serious
I app**** via their brokers telephonically and was told the membership will start from 1 August 2024... this was 4 weeks ago. To date I never received any email , no confirmation nothing. I don't expect to be debited on the 15th August. Can someone get back to me or if the medical aid was processed and I was just never informed, cancel it with immediate effect as I found a medical aid that serious
