Bonitas not responding to urgent requests

Good day

I have complained about the service of Bonitas more than once. On 1 July 2025, I complained about the fact that Bonitas supp**** me with a Tax Certificate with the wrong information. As usual, I received an automated answer (generated by a computer ?) that they will attend to my query. Until today (12 July 2025) we have received no answer (a phone call, email or any other communication from them to try and rectify their mistake or to give me the necessary documentation that I requested. This is a sure way to tell me that I am of no value or concern to them - they just threw my complaint and the request into the trash. Will Bonitas take responsibility if there are any discrepancies or audit being done on my Tax Return because of their negligence? The tax year for SARS has already opened and as you know SARS require that I must sign the Tax Return to confirm that all the relevant information supp**** is correct – how can I do that if I know for a fact that it is not ?

Request My request is again, that Bonitas fix the problem and send a revised Tax Certificate to me as well as to SARS. Or that they send me proof (signed by a Senior Manager) that my Tax information will not be audited because of their error. If Bonitas answer my complaint/request again with an automated answer, I will be compelled to take the matter to higher authorities.
