Bonitas not recommended

This medical aid has been extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They refuse to cover essential costs, raising serious concerns about whether they would pay for urgent medical needs. If they won’t even allow me to use my allocated savings for daily mental health medication—despite it not being covered under chronic benefits—then what is the purpose of those savings? Now, I’m being told to visit a doctor to request a medication change, yet they won’t cover that consultation either. How is this system meant to support healthcare if basic needs aren’t accommodated?
