Bonitas not payo g for procedures, despite available funds

If I could give Bonitas a nagtive rating I would.

On the 11/04/2026 my fiance fell and severly injured his ankle. After a Hello Peter reveiw regarding Bonitas refusing to pay this from the 2 annual casualties visits alotted us per year, as autjorisation was not requested, I received a call from them promising to rectify the situation.

Now however, it camr to light that the xrays done for above mentioned injured ankle was still deducted from my savings, and the Ultrasound done later in the week was not paid at all due to "delpleted benefits"

Bonitas has caused me nothing but headaches in this matter, and I am so thankful that I made the decision to move to another medical aid. Initially the decision was made due to a lack of communication from Bonitas, however it has become apparent in the meanwhile that Bonitas is looking for ways to cause their clients harm and suffering, despite exhorbitant fees paid by them.

To anybody considering joining Bonitas, my advise would without a doubt be to steer well clear. They will only cause you headaches, heartache and sanity.
