Bonitas not paying service providers who are now threatening to blacklist members

My son was admitted in hospital last year. They are refusing to settle my son's Lancet bill of R980 you can't get hold of anyone at bonitas. Since the new administrators Momentum took over it's an absolute disaster. Lancet now is threatening to blacklist me.
