Bonitas not paying hospital claim

I wrote early this year concerning Bonitas not paying a claim from Arwyp hospital where my mother was hospitalised last year around end of June 2020 through to early July 2020 when she passed on. Bonitas promised to check why it wasn't paid from their side and ask for relevant documentation from Arwyp, unfortunately they didn't follow up at all with Arwyp! Right now Arwyp called my father to demand the outstanding amount of about R33000 plus minus, this is not fair at all as to my understanding when a person is in hospital it becomes a full cover which, in this case it's not. After a year my father must still be taken back to such because of people who are not doing their jobs properly. We still dealing with the fact that my mother is no more, now this creates a deeper pain. #win
