Bonitas not paying full hospital bills for urgent medical care

I have complained about bonitas earlier this month and have had numerous problems with bonitas .My husband is in hospital from 1 oct It's now 26 days He needs urgent treatment and care Bonitas has not paid all the bills and stressing me out The physiotherapist has not been paid and he needs the help to move as only the physiotherapist can move him I called Bonitas call centre but get different excuses each time why payment was not made I can't get through to claims to find out because there's no way to go to them without calling the call centre and even then no call can be put through to claims Really stressful I have been a member of bonitas for more than 30 years and am so utterly disappointed that a medical that I had trusted all this time and diligently paid for all this time is not paying up bills for in hospital when I need them the most U am a member of Bonprime and now I see my savings were used also for some payments and depleted Yet my husband is in hospital and should be paid by pmb funding I don't know what to do anymoreI have lost faith in a medical aid I trusted for more than 30 years and very disappointed I need payments to be made so my husband can get well,Starr moving around and come home to me Bonitas needs to wake up and do right by me and pay the bills it promised without depleting my savings and finding excuses for non payments
