Bonitas not paying for claim, led me to being listed

Very disappointed in the way claims are being handles, I gave birth in May and some of the claims were not paid, I called numerous times being promised that the issue was resolved, only now I got the call from Lancet ITC, the claim was not even rejected just not paid, and no explanation as to why am I taken back and forth with no solution, I honestly would not recommend it to friends or even family members, their service is so disgusting
