BONITAS NOT A MEDICAL AID THEY ARE MEDICAL AID MAFIA?!
Hi, All Medical Aid review readers! Please don't sign with BONITAS MEDICAL AID. It seems this company exists only for MONEY COLLECTION not to provide any MEDICAL AID! Yes, I'll write follow review with CAPS because Bonitas customer Services doesn't want to read and understand at all BONITAS JUST CHARGES WHATEVER AMOUNT THEY WANT TO CHARGE YOU. THEY SAID IF I HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE CONSTANTLY FOR 3 MONTHS THEN A PENALTY SHOULD NOT BE APP****. SO THEN WHAT? I GAVE MY DISCOVER MEDICAL INSTANCE CERTIFICATION BUT THEY ARE STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT ON THE WRONG AMOUNT. NOW I AM ASKING FOR A REFUND AND THEY ARE REFUSING IT BECAUSE THEY ARE MAFIA NOT MEDICAL AID I believe. They don't even bother to call me and ask me what is exactly wrong and what they can do to rectify this issue. I HAVE CANCELLED AFTER BAD SERVICE.!!! JUST ******* AND STAY AWAY!

Have they called me for my previous complaint? NO
Have they asked me any questions regarding my complaint? NO
What have they done?
They just rep**** and said,

Do you know what losing a customer is extremely easy but gaining a customer?
Oh, I forgot what about people around me?
Do you think I'll advise your company anymore?
I hope I will solve this issue without going through the ombudsman.
