Bonitas not a medical aid at all.

Congratulations Bonitas you have done it again. I cant begin to tell you the frustration I feel when dealing with your organization. I had an operation on my hands in August 2017 and you covered the hospital stay, the surgeon and 50% of the anaesthetist ONLY. ARE YOU CRAZY!!!! So he was to stop anaethetising me midway through the operation?

I complained, it was only when I complained on Hellopeter that you decided to pay the outstanding amount of over R2,000.

NOW you send me a letter stating that I owe you the money BACK!! How much more inept can you be. Your not a medical aid, you dont AID at all, you frustrate and reneg on paying what you should. Please contact me on ********** 080 to resolve this disgraceful event.

I am well, I feel very sorry for people who are chronically ill who have to deal with this level of frustration all the time.
