Bonitas : No claim follow up

Hi

I write this review to indicate that there is no follow up w.r.t. receiving a claim and writing that acknowledgement letter (for claims that are not processed).

I submitted the following claims to Bonitas via e-mail (with your reference number):

2021/10/07 Clicks : 250122QZ033P 2021/10/22 Clicks : 250122QZ03HD 2021/11/01 Smedema : 250122QZ0G28 2021/11/25 Dr Venter : 291121QWRRT8 2021/12/31 Clicks : 250122QZ04B0

I also submitted 4 other claims on the 2022/01/22 and they have all been paid.

The same happened last year...

Please can you investigate how come you allow this to happen?
