Bonitas new business admin SUCKS

It taken me 2 months so far to try get my application to Boncap finalized. After pages full of reference nrs and query nrs I still do not have confirmation if my membership is activated after I have already confirmed that I am accepting there underwriting conditions. I thought I will be saving some money changing over but this looks like it's gonna be a money eating venture as I'm reading in other reviews of people not getting their authorisation nrs in time and members not being listed correctly makes me wonder if I should actually continue with this application......

This after HALF of my application attachments were sent to tenda online brokers after I have said I do not want a broker. Nevermind the fact that the tendaonline broker who contacted me didn't even bother to assure me that she is a trusted broker for contracted with Bonitas to handle my application.... NOT even Bonitas themselves can warn you such business will be contacting you to finalize your application!

Even a one star rating is too much for the service I've experienced, I don't think it even deserves 2 arms of the star....

Its a **** impression for a medical aid that is being praised for no claim problems by people in my area. If Bonitas wants to rise above momentum and discovery something has to be changed dramatically in the admin department!
