Bonitas needs to do better

Having the worst experience with Bonitas this year. I’m considering changing my medical aid. I hardly use it, yet they deduct every month without complaint. When it’s time to use the services that I’ve been paying for it’s now an issue.

I had an emergency last month that required blood tests and now I’m given the runaround by Bonitas.

How are emergencies supposed to be treated?
