Bonitas Needs Help

I received the letter Below from Meagan Lucas @ Bonitas stating that my nominated GP is not on the bonitas network of Doctors See the extract from the bonitas network list Network Practise Number Speciality Name Address 1 Address 2 Y *** GENERAL PRACTITIONER DR ANTON PRINSLOO SHOP 22 PICK N PAY HYPER ATTERBURY ROAD FAERIE GLEN Y *** GENERAL PRACTITIONER DR SAUERMANN AND PARTNERS INCORPORATED SHOP 22 PICK N PAY HYPER ATTERBURY ROAD FAERIE GLEN

Meagan Lucas please see the bonitas network list extract. Also so see that there are 2 Practice numbers for the same location same phone number. My son cracked his knee cap and we went off to see Doc *** (my selected Dr.) the practice bills me from practice no# *** and Bonitas will not pay the appointment in full Very annoyed my Husband contacted Bonitas (he has power of attorney since 2010) Bonitas refuses to help him because they can’t find the power attorney confirmation letter or whatever. I fill in a new letter to change the Dr. practice number from *** to *** and Meagan Lucas send me this letter Good day N Price,

Kindly be advise that the Gp you nominated has to be one that on the bonitas network Dr *** Dr Sauermann And Partners Incorporated are not on the network as per the plan you on You must choose 1 GP on our network for each beneficiary. This is your nominated GP for the year. If you do not use your nominated GP, your benefit will be limited to the non-nominated GP consultation may you send me the Gp from the network that you would like for each beneficary.
