Bonitas must upp their useless IT systems
A medical aid with the worst APP, terroble whatsapp and then horrid optical services. I am trying for days to use the APP but it records incorrect info. Their whatsapp is horrid and not interactive. Trying tobuse the optical self help but no consultant gas got vack to me as promised. Am done with this old age scheme with old IT systems.
