Bonitas must shut down
This scheme and in particular boncomplete continues to go downhill. This year I have stayed away from medical practices due to covid. I used bonitas app and telephoned allegedly their free consult service. I only went to the optomterist in Jan 2020 and 4 GP visits. And guess what I have no funds for a GP. My intermediary dont respond to me yet I waste more money on my gap cover while emails to bonitas goes unanswered.
