BONITAS MUST BE THE WORST MEDICAL "AID" I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH
Once again I have 2 claims outstanding for a full month. The only way I seem to get any attention from Bonitas is when I review on this site. And even then, Bonitas does not go the trouble of checking up on my outstanding claims, I have to re-send all the documents again. Does anyone have advise for me on how to handle this going forward?
