Bonitas must be re evaluated if they still fit to deliver service as a medical aid

Why is it that you can write or msg on all Medical Aids Pages except for Bonitas Medical Aid?! I know why. Because the HOD is hiding behind his damage control staff Mr. Shuan Chetty and Mr. Kokoi. I have been struggling to get them to refund me for the past year and a half. The department who is working with it just don't get it, I must say it feels like I'm in parliament whenever I liaise with them. Jokes aside I can truly suggest you don't even consider joining Bonitas. They are not concerned about your health but your money is their future.
