Bonitas moved from Best to Worst in just a year

Bonitas officially moved from being the best to being the worst ina year, this year with the CT stomach flue I was expected to pay over R2000 copayment for a scan, I had this scan a year ago and there was no copayment. Worse of all for PMB chronic meds for mental illness they reduced the medication benefit and introduced copayments on that as well. Not me trying to book a procedure and to be told I need to pay R5000 co payment to stay in hospital. The most shocking part is the premiums keep going up and procedures we once got from inhospital covered 100% now have ridiculous copayments and no one ever bothered to call and disclose this so you have time to either choose another option or look for another medical aid. I don't have the R5000 on top of their expensive premium so that means I must cancel my surgery and continue to suffer the pain. Just imagine paying almost R4k just for yourself and still need to worry every time you need to use the services. I've never wanted to cancel medical this bad.
