Bonitas- mirror image of home affairs
Absolute distraught at the lack of service from this provider. Been trying to get authorisation for hospital and still no reply to my email. Granted that 1 person was helpful via internet chat on their website. Yet, after that no one has contacted me since. I need athourisation for my surgery!!!
