Bonitas Membership Card
<p>I have been a Member with Bonita since 1 January 2016. The date today is 10/10/2016. That means that I have almost been a member for 10 full months and I have NOT YET received my membership card even though I have requested it FOUR times!! This is a joke! Is Bonitas going to take the responsibility if I am placed in a Public Hospital because authorities can’t identify if I am on a medical aid? This is ridiculous!!!!</p> <p> </p>
