Bonitas/Medscheme what a Rip-off of medical aid

1st I was on a company specific medical aid underwritten by Mescheme, so when i left the company i call them and <br> tell them i m leaving the Co, and would want to continue in my personal capacity, the consultant says use Bonitas since <br> its the same underwriting.Okay sure no problem makes sense. Once i ve joined Bonitas i m told they wont cover <br> my wife immediately, because she has a pre-existing condition, pregant, sh was 4 months preg at the time. But who was <br> underwriting me all along, then and now. This medical aid is just a big *******, i could have just gone to another scheme, mos, <br> if my loyalty wont count for anything.<br> So i had to pay for the pregnancy out of my pocket,tens of thousands of rands later.<br> But still pay the medical aid, so Jan they say are suspending my med aid benefits, fine so i dont use them in Jan , all consultations i pay cash. How does this work, you pay x rands for people to only give you a meagre fraction of x.<br> Like really ***. We are being ********** by Bonitas here. so I had no benefits in jan, so why should i owe you.<br> I ve paid you for feb, so lets move on to feb, and not rip each other off.<br>
